Payment & Refund Policy

🔹 1. Advance Payment is Mandatory

All services (such as form filling, ticket booking, resume creation, etc.) require full advance payment.
No service will be initiated without confirmed payment.

🔹 2. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once a service has been completed (e.g., form submitted, ticket booked, resume prepared), no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

🔹 3. No Refund for Incorrect User Information

Fill Form Online is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
No refund will be issued in such cases.

🔹 4. Refund in Case of Technical Failure

If we are unable to complete a service due to a technical error on our end (e.g., payment failure, website/server issue), the full amount will be refunded within 2–3 working days.

🔹 5. Payment Gateway Charges are Non-Refundable

Any payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
